Buffalo Chicken Sub

  1. Cube Chicken breast & coat with dried Ranch Packet (I marinated the chicken while we were at ftball practice)
  2. Oil large pan with 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil.
  3. Add Chicken & fry till no longer pink.
  4. Add 1 cup of Buffalo Sauce to Chicken & stir frequently.
  5. About 15/20 until sauce slightly reduces.
  6. I toasted the sub rolls while waiting for sauce to reduce, but that's totally up to you.
  7. Dressed toasted rolls with ranch dressing (my son used mayo instead)
  8. Place Buffalo chicken mixture on rolls & topped with Shredded Mozzarella.
  9. Lettuce & tomatoes are optional.
