Easy Broccoli Cottage Bake
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 3 Tbsp. plain dry bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into 9-in.
- pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350F for 45 min.
- or until center is set.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting into 6 slices to serve.
