Blue Crab Dip

  1. Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and grated cheese in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Cook over medium heat until melted through.
  3. Stir in scallions and black pepper.
  4. Spoon onto toasted baguette or crackers.
  5. Serve hot.
