Cream Chese And Fruits Roulade

  1. beat egg and sugar for 5 minute till thick and light
  2. fold in fkour and baking powder then vanilla
  3. pour batter thinly on square tin with parchment paper
  4. bake at 200 C for 12 to 15 minute till lightly golden and spongy
  5. put 1 tbsp of caster sugar on anotger pachment paper
  6. turn the ready sponge on sugar pachment paper and roll up and let it cooled
  7. layer yogurt and fruits on sponge then roll up and slice

eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, greek yogurt, peaches, berry, cranberry
