Nar Sharbati (Pomegranate Sherbet)

  1. Boil 2 cups water and dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Knead the pomegranates til soft.
  4. Make a cut in one side and press firmly, catching the juice.
  5. Mix the juice with the sugar water and allow to steep for 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.
