Nar Sharbati (Pomegranate Sherbet)
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 2 pomegranates
- Boil 2 cups water and dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.
- Allow to cool.
- Knead the pomegranates til soft.
- Make a cut in one side and press firmly, catching the juice.
- Mix the juice with the sugar water and allow to steep for 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
