Honey Cure

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the salt and honey are dissolved.
  2. Use immediately.

  4. Cover and marinate small pieces of fish or pork for 1 to 2 hours, medium pieces of fish or pork for 2 to 3 hours, and large pieces of fish or pork overnight in the refrigerator.
