Spicy Shrimp Salad

  1. Cook shrimp in medium pot of boiling salted water until just opaque in center, about 4 minutes.
  2. Drain shrimp and cool.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning in large bowl.
  4. Add bell peppers, green onions, celery and shrimp.
  5. Toss to blend well.
  6. Season salad to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Arrange 1 lettuce leaf on each plate.
  8. Spoon salad into leaves and serve.
