Easy Cheddar Biscuits!
- 2 cup Bisquick Mix
- 1/2 cup Shredded Colby/ Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 Shredded Cheese
- Preheat Oven to 425
- Mix all the biscuit ingredients together until it forms a thick dough texture.
- Melt your topping butter, add the Garlic Salt and Set Aside.
- Then use a tablespoon to scoop dough and roll them into a ball.
- Then place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-17min or until a nice golden brown.
- Take out of the oven, Spoon the butter garlic mixture over each biscuits immediately and then sprinkle with cheese.
- Put back in oven for 2min or until cheese is fully melted, take them out, let them cool a bit and enjoy!
