Baby Filo Pastries
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or canned
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 green capsicum, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- 375g packet filo pastry
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, optional
- Beat Philly* until smooth.
- Stir through remaining ingredients except filo pastry.
- Layer four pastry sheets, spraying in between the layers with cooking spray.
- Cut pastry into four lengthwise.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon onto each end and up on the diagonal to enclose the filling and form a triangle.
- Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with poppyseeds.
- Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
