Choc-Orange Philly Snails

  1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Rub in butter.
  3. Stir in enough milk to form a sticky dough.
  4. Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth.
  5. Roll dough into a 17 x 30cm rectangle, spread with Philly* and sprinkle with chocolate.
  6. Roll up on the longest side, like a Swiss roll, to form a sausage.
  7. Slice roll into 3 cm slices and place on lined baking trays.
  8. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Brush with glaze.
  10. GLAZE: Combine jam and water in a small saucepan until heated through.
