Mom's Marbled Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Prepare crust by adding all ingredients together and mixing lightly
  3. Press firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan (use the bottom of a measuring cup to help press flat).
  4. Mix together margarine and cocoa for marble, and set aside.
  5. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  6. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then eggs and vanilla.
  7. Slowly add flour.
  8. Measure 1 1/2 cups batter and place into bowl with marble mix.
  9. Beat together.
  10. Spoon 1/2 of vanilla batter onto crust, then 1/2 of chocolate batter.
  11. Repeat.
  12. With a knife, cut vertically through batters to create marbling.
  13. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until center is set, but slightly jiggly.
  14. Cool, then refrigerate over night, release from springform pan next day.
