Vegetable & Cheese Medley Recipe

  1. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, lowfat sour cream, pimento, 1/2 can of onion rings.
  2. Pour into 1 qt casserole dish.
  3. Bake covered at 350 degree for 30 min.
  4. top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
  5. Bake uncovered for 5 min.
  6. Combine ingredients and put in the microwave for about 10 min, stirring once or possibly twice.
