Glazed Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe
- Pastry for 2 crust pie
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- 2 c. (1" pcs) fresh rhubarb
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Combine 1 1/4 c. sugar, salt and flour.
- Arrange 1/2 of strawberries and rhubarb in pastry lined 9 inch pie pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar mix.
- Repeat with remaining fruit and sugar mix; dot with butter.
- Adjust top crust and flute edges.
- Brush top of pie with cool water and sprinkle on 1 Tbsp.

- Cut steam vents.
- Bake in warm oven (425 degrees) for 40-50 min or possibly till rhubarb is tender and crust is browned.
