Bacon Quesadillas
- 40 each Flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1-1/4 gal. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- 2-1/2 cups OSCAR MAYER Perfect Pour Bacon Bits
- 2-1/2 cups green onions, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- FOR EACH SERVING: Top half of 1 tortilla with 1/2 cup process cheese, 1 Tbsp.
- bacon bits and 1 Tbsp.
- green onion.
- Fold in half; press lightly to close.
- Place on sheet pan; brush top of each with 1 tsp.
- butter.
- Bake at 400F for 5 to 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
