Kellys Chicken Vermicelli
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 1- 1/2 cup Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts, Cut In Bite Size
- 1/2 boxes (16 Oz. Box) Vermicelli Noodles, Cooked And Drained
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, cheese, cut up chicken breast, and cooked vermicelli noodles.
- In a greased 9 x 13 pan, place the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
- You may need to turn the oven temperature to 250 degrees for the last 15 minutes, so the top doesnt get too brown.
- Notes: I have substituted the mayonnaise with Miracle Whip, and the vermicelli noodles with spaghetti noodles when I didnt have the others on hand.
- This meal can be prepared and frozen, to be cooked at a later date.
- Its a great freezer cooking meal.
