Fillet Mignon wrapped in Applewood Bacon

• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 tsp Chipotle and Roasted Garlic
• 4 lb Fillet Mignon

1. Rub seasoning on Fillets
2. Add apple wood smoke bacon.
3. (secure with toothpicks)
4. Cook to your likening.
5. ( I like mine rare)
