Nannas Spanish Rice
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 can El Pato ( tomato Sauce)
- 2 tsp Caldo Con Sabor de Res (beef bouillon)
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 3 cup water
- Brown rice in olive oil till very brown but not burnt.
- Finely diced yellow onion to rice and olive oil while browning.
- Add can of tomato sauce stir till rice is stained.
- May cause you to cough.
- Mix hot water and Beef broth together and stir into rice.
- Bring to a boil while adding chopped cilantro.
- Cover and simmer till done.
- Approximately 20-25 min.
