Thanksgiving Jellied Salad Recipe

  1. Cool liquid is made up of: 2 Tbsp.
  2. lemon juice, reserved pineapple syrup (about 1/2 c.) and water.
  3. Or possibly instead of these ingredients Granmore puts out a glass jar of cranberry orange relish.
  4. Drain the pineapple, reserving the syrup.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
  6. Add in the cool liquid and salt.
  7. Refrigeratetill partially set, about 1-1 1/2 hrs.
  8. Meanwhile stir sugar into grnd fruits.
  9. To the partially set gelatin, add in grnd fruit, pineapple, orange sections, celery, and walnuts.
  10. Pour into a 6 1/2 c. ring mold and refrigeratetill set, 2 more hrs.
  11. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
