Savory Beef Stew

  1. Toss steak with flour until evenly coated; set aside.
  2. Melt 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the margarine in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  4. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
  5. Remove vegetable mixture from pan; set aside.
  6. Add remaining 2 Tbsp.
  7. margarine to pan.
  8. Add steak, in batches; cook and stir until evenly browned.
  9. Return all of the steak to pan along with the vegetable mixture; stir.
  10. Add steak sauce, beef broth and wine; mix well.
  11. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
  12. Simmer 30 min.
  13. or until steak is tender.
  14. Serve over rice.
