Ginger Tuna Patties and Wasabi Yoghurt Sauce with Crunchy Asian Spicy Salad
- Tin Tuna (400g)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 Small Onion Diced
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Lemon Zest
- 1/4 Tsp Wasabi Paste
- 4 Tbsp Natural Yogurt
- 1 Pinch Lemon Rind
- 1 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red Cabbage
- Carrot
- Baby Spinach
- Shallots
- Capsicum
- Bean Sprouts
- Snow Peas
- Chilli
- Mixed Leaves
- Rocket
- Peanuts
- Fried Noodles
- 1/4 cup Mint
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Chilli
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- Patty: Combine ingredients and form into balls.
- Flatten and Fry both sides.
- Sauce: Mix ingredients and season to taste.
- Salad: Wash and mix ingredients.
- Dressing: Mix ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
