- 1 too gr of splits head cleaned shrimps
- 1 full hand of holy bisils
- 1 crush clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
- 3 tbsp of chicken soup stock or pork work fine
- 2 tbsp of oils
- In the heating pan add garlic and chilli work fast on stiring yhen add shrimps fry infill shrimps get pink not cook yet
- Add chicken soup stock .sugar .oyster sauce and fish sauce and stir fry until every flavour mixed not for long 3 minutes then removed from heat.
