Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Recipe
- 1 bunch broccoli (sm. flowerettes only)
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into sm. flowerettes
- 1 (6 ounce.) can pitted ripe olives, liquid removed
- 1 (6 ounce.) jar stuffed green olives
- 8 ounce. American cheese, crumbled
- 1 pt. tiny cherry tomatoes (whole)
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- Place all ingredients in large bowl, preferably one with seal-on lid.
- Toss to coat.
- Marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hrs, tossing occasionally to distribute marinade over vegetables.
- Yields: 3 to 4 qts.
