I Love Corn! Corn With Cheese - a Great Drinking Snack
- 1 as much (to taste) Frozen corn kernels
- 1 Butter
- 1 slice Melting-type sliced cheese
- 1 dash Salt, pepper
- 1 Black pepper
- Put the frozen corn in a heatproof container, top with salt, pepper and butter, cover with plastic wrap and microwave.
- When the corn has defrosted, top with the sliced cheese and microwave uncovered.
- I like to cook it until the cheese has melted completely and is bubbling.
- Sprinkle with some black pepper to taste and enjoy.
