I Love Corn! Corn With Cheese - a Great Drinking Snack

  1. Put the frozen corn in a heatproof container, top with salt, pepper and butter, cover with plastic wrap and microwave.
  2. When the corn has defrosted, top with the sliced cheese and microwave uncovered.
  3. I like to cook it until the cheese has melted completely and is bubbling.
  4. Sprinkle with some black pepper to taste and enjoy.
