Angel Hair with Artichokes and Mustard

  1. Cook pasta as directed on pkg.
  2. Meanwhile, drain artichokes, reserving the marinade.
  3. Chop artichokes; set aside.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet.
  5. Add peppers and garlic; cook and stir until peppers are crisp-tender.
  6. Add artichokes, reserved artichoke marinade and the mustard; stir until well blended.
  7. Drain pasta, reserving cooking water.
  8. Place pasta in large bowl.
  9. Add artichoke mixture; toss to coat.
  10. Moisten with some of the reserved pasta cooking water, if desired.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
