Artichoke Quiche

  1. Layer hearts (break apart) and cheese slices in raw pie crust.
  2. There will be 4 layers with hearts on bottom, next cheese, then hearts and finishing on top wit h cheese.
  3. Beat and pour remaining ingredients over top.
  4. Bake at 375F (190C).
  5. for 40 minutes until top is browned.
  6. Let set for several minutes before cutting.
