Mum's Spinach Pie
- 10 -12 spinach leaves (silverbeet)
- 1 large onion
- 12 cup dry rice, partly boiled
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- Combine all ingredients.
- If baking with pastry grease and line tray with pastry.
- Transfer mix to baking dish.
- If using a pastry top, cover mix and make steam holes.
- Bake as a pie at 200degC for approx 40-45mins.
