Spinach-Miso Pesto Spread
- One 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons miso, any variety, or to taste
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until the mixture becomes a coarse, even puree.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed or serve at once.
