Ginger Tea

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the ginger root and water, bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes.
  2. Taste and if it tastes too weak, continue simmering; if it tastes too strong add more water.
  3. Strain and sweeten with honey to taste.
