Cretone Pate

  1. Combine pork, onion, garlic, water and oxo.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring to break up pork.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cracker crumbs.
  5. Add a bit of cinnamon and allspice to taste.
  6. Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  7. Taste and add salt and pepper to adjust seasoning.
  8. Line a 2 cup mold with plastic wrap and fill.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
