Umami-Rich Fluffy Dashimaki Tamago With Crabsticks and Mentsuyu Sauce

  1. Chop up the crabsticks roughly.
  2. Put the eggs, chopped up crabsticks, mentsuyu sauce and water into a bowl and mix well to make the egg mixture.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat.
  4. Add the egg mixture from Step 2 and cook.
  5. Neaten up the omelette, lighty brown both sides and turn off the heat.
  6. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, transfer to serving plates and it's done!
