Frozen Lime Cheesecake

  1. Combine graham crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
  2. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Gradually add sherbet, mixing well after each addition; pour over crust.
  5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Garnish with lime slices before serving.
