Baileys Irish Cream Truffles Recipe
- 12 ounce Semi-sweet choc morsels
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Sweet Butter
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream
- Heat chocolate, Baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat.
- Whisk in yolks, one at a time; mix will thicken.
- Whisk in butter.
- Chill overnight, or possibly till hard.
- With spoon make small balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, minced nuts, sprinkles, etc.
