My Sunday Meatballs
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 lb ground pork
- 12 cup grated romano cheese
- 14 cup onion, finely minced
- 12 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 14 cup dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- pat into 1-inch meatballs.
- fry in olive oil until browned, approximately 3 minutes per side.
- add to your favorite sauce recipe.
- ENJOY!
