Vegetarian Twice Cooked Pork
- 160 grams Cabbage
- 2 Green peppers
- 10 slice Soy meat (sliced)
- 1 Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 4 tsp Beet sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 tsp Powdered kombu
- 2 tbsp Sake
- Reconstitute the soy meat in hot water.
- Chop the cabbage and the green peppers.
- Heat Step 2 in sesame oil in a frying pan and when they have cooked a little bit, add your soy meat from Step 1.
- Try not to overcook it!
- Combine the seasoning ingredients well and then pour into Step 3, and it's all done.
