Philly cheese steak pasta
- 1/2 to a whole bag no yolk noodles
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/3 onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup heavy cream..ive used milk and it was fine
- 1/2 block cream cheese softened
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- heat pan to medium high brown gound beef peppers and onion until meat is done..drain
- add in egg noodlea and cover with water..boil until noodles are soft enough to your taste
- drain..
- add in cream cheese and heavy cream
- add mozzarella
- season to taste
- when every thing is combined and thickened sprinkle with parmesan and serve
noodles, green pepper, onion, ground beef, heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, butter
