Irvixen's Root Beer Float Pudding Cookies
- 3/4 cup Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 box Instant vanilla pudding
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Root beer concentrate
- 2 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 cup White chocolate chips
- Cream butter and sugars, beat in dry pudding mix.
- Add eggs, root beer concentrate and beat well.
- Beat in flour and baking soda.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, flattening slightly with palm of hand.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
