Irvixen's Root Beer Float Pudding Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars, beat in dry pudding mix.
  2. Add eggs, root beer concentrate and beat well.
  3. Beat in flour and baking soda.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, flattening slightly with palm of hand.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
