Rye bread

  1. pour all ingredients together Into mixer EXCEPT Salt,
  2. Work with slow speed for 4 Minutes / until it turn into a smooth dough.
  3. add in Salt let it continue to work for another 6 Minutes Until the temperature of the dough being rised between 25 to 29C
  4. wrap the dough With plastic flim.
  5. let it prove for 30 minutes in room temperature
  6. divide the dough into 3 equal pieces, shape it and let It sit for another 40 minutes.
  7. preheat Oven at 200C put in the bread let it cook for 30 minutes

yeast, salt, sugar, butter, water, rye flour, bread flour
