Bourbon Slush

  1. Special equipment: a 1 1/2-gallon (24-cup) pitcher or bowl
  2. In a very large pitcher or bowl (at least 24-cup capacity), mix together the tea, bourbon and lemonade and orange juice concentrates.
  3. Stir in 3 quarts (12 cups) water.
  4. Place in the freezer for 8 hours.
  5. Stir, then continue to freeze for 2 hours more and up to 2 days.
  6. Take out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Stir and serve.
