Beef Satay with BBQ-Peanut Sauce

  1. Mix barbecue sauce and peanut sauce; pour half over meat in non-reactive container.
  2. Stir to evenly coat meat.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
  4. Drain meat; discard marinade.
  5. Thread 2 meat strips onto each bamboo skewer.
  6. For each serving: Grill 2 skewers on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
  7. on each side or until done, brushing frequently with about 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the remaining sauce.
