Beef Satay with BBQ-Peanut Sauce
- 3 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups prepared peanut sauce
- 6 each beef sirloin steaks (8 oz. each), each cut into 8 strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- Mix barbecue sauce and peanut sauce; pour half over meat in non-reactive container.
- Stir to evenly coat meat.
- Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
- Drain meat; discard marinade.
- Thread 2 meat strips onto each bamboo skewer.
- For each serving: Grill 2 skewers on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
