  1. spray 11x7" pan with non - stick cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix rice krispies, oats, and wheat germ.
  3. In saucepan, heat honey, peanut butter, and brown sugar.
  4. stir until melted and smooth.
  5. remove from heat and add vanilla.
  6. Mix with dry ingredients and press into pan.
