Sausage Ham Jambalaya Recipe
- 6 ounce. warm smoked sausage, cubed
- 6 ounce. ham, cubed
- 2 (14.5 ounce.) cans Del Monte cajun style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- Brown sausage and ham in Dutch oven.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Cook, uncovered, 20 min, stirring occasionally.
- Cover and simmer 45 min, stirring occasionally.
- Serves 6.
- Serve with French bread and salad.
