- 1 lb Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 lb sausage links
- 8 eggs
- 34 cup butter
- Cook hash browns in butter in skillet until brown.
- Cook Sausage in skillet.
- Cook Eggs in butter and cover with lid until tops of eggs turn white and yoke is still runny.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large serving bowl.
