Blueberry Jam (Little) Recipe

  1. Mix lemon juice, gelatin, salt, and arrowroot; stir in blueberries.
  2. Boil gently unitl mix thickens, stirring constantly (about 3-4 min).
  3. Stir constantly, boiling at full boil for 2 min.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in sweetener.
  5. Fill and seal jars.
