Fondue American Style

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix together milk, beer, Wortershire sauce, ground mustard, garlic, and flour.
  2. Bring ingredients to a simmer.
  3. A small amount at a time, add in the shredded cheeses.
  4. Stir the cheese in a zig zag pattern to help the cheese melt.
  5. Keep heating and stirring until the cheese has al lmelted.
  6. Transfer to a warm fondue pot or slow cooker to serve.
  7. Serve with rustic-style, crusty bread bites, sliced apples, fresh vegetables.
