Vegetarian spaghetti
- 5 spring onion. chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 clove garlic. chopped
- 2 tomato
- 50 grams white beech mushroom. chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 1/2 slice red paprika. chopped
- 6 tbsp tomato sauce
- 200 grams dried spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Heat 2 tbs of vegetable oil and put all base ingredients, starts from onion, garlic, etc
- Put tomatoes, add tomato sauce or tomato paste.
- Leave until the tomatoes blend well.
- Meanwhile, boil water and add 2 tbs of olive oil.
- Put spaghetti and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add salt to taste
- Put them together into a plate, add cheese and chopped spring onion
- Blend well and enjoy!
