My Everyday Bread

  1. Pour oil into bread machine container.
  2. In a small liquid measure, pour about 1/2 can of beer.
  3. Fill with water up to 1 1/3 cup mark.
  4. Add all dry ingredients, in order listed.
  5. Note: reverse ingredients if your machine requires dry first.
  6. Run on basic bake cycle.
  7. When it beeps, wait about 5 minutes before removing.
  8. Wrap in a towel while warm for softer crust.
