Boneless Chicken In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Dip the chicken in the egg and cracker meal and brown in a small amount of oil in a large skillet.
  2. Brown both sides.
  3. Place the chicken in a casserole dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
  4. Combine the mushroom soup, broth, water and mushroom slices in a bowl.
  5. Pour over the chicken and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
