Boneless Chicken In Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- 6 pcs boneless chicken
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cracker meal
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbells)
- 1 can College Inn clear broth
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 small can mushroom slices, liquid removed
- Dip the chicken in the egg and cracker meal and brown in a small amount of oil in a large skillet.
- Brown both sides.
- Place the chicken in a casserole dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
- Combine the mushroom soup, broth, water and mushroom slices in a bowl.
- Pour over the chicken and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
