Easy Lemon-Berry Dessert

• 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1 pkg. (5 oz.) sponge cake shells or other dessert shells
• 2 cups sliced strawberries

1. Stir lemon peel into whipped topping.
2. Spoon over sponge cake shells; top with strawberries.
