Banana and guava ketchup

  1. Chop the banana.
  2. Peel the guava.
  3. Cut the guava into half remove the seeds.
  4. Chop the guava up.
  5. Put banana and guava into pot.
  6. Add to a pot with 2 tablespoonfuls of water.
  7. Add honey, vinegar and salt.
  8. Stir this together mixing well.
  9. Mash then add a little water if needed add teaspoonful at the time.
  10. If needed.
  11. simmer 10-12 minutes.
  12. Now you can blend it for smooth creamy ketchup or you can have it chunky.
  13. Chill and refrigerate if you not using right away will keep at least 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
