Bob's University Of Florida Crab Meat Casserole Recipe
- 2 can crabmeat
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 ct lowfat sour cream, (16 ounce.)
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 x green bell pepper, minced
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded spaghetti
- Saute/fry minced onion and green bell pepper in butter.
- Mix with the crabmeat, tomatoes, lowfat sour cream and 1/2 c. cheese.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions on the package: drain.
- Mix all ingredients together in casserole: top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
- Serves 4 people.
